How I ended up with a 1969 Camaro...

Sometimes my job can be kind of expensive...

In late October 2020, a gentleman called me and said he was looking to get 2 appraisals done. First, he was looking to find out the Diminished Value of his 2010 Chevrolet Camaro after a No-Fault accident he was involved in. 2nd he wanted to get a Fair Market Valuation on a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro that he was thinking about selling.

I showed up at his house like I always do for inspection and had a quick conversation with the owner of these 2 fine cars and then went to work inspecting.

By the time I had finished, I was in love with the '69 Camaro. I went home that day with a smile on my face because I had just made a deal on the car. I had about an hour's drive home to figure out how to tell my wife I had bought yet another car... (luckily my wife is pretty cool and just kind of shook her head and smiled when I told her)

I have taken this Camaro on Hot Rod Power Tour, won a couple of trophies at local car shows and genuinely just love driving this car.
